I would recommend using our B/18-080 3/4&#8243; length brad nails for this. However, the glass fiber in our standard product can damage some HSS planer knives.  If you use carbide planer knives then our standard product is fine, but for HSS knives, it is best to use our LF (<em>low fill</em>) or NF (<em>no fill</em>) products.</p>
