I’m a DIYer who wants to make cabinetry (using 1/2″ and 3/4″ plywood), sheds, rolling carts, tool cases, and other projects that will be used in an outdoor, salt air environment (32″ of rain/year, near the ocean). Which of the nailers/staplers do you think is the most versatile?

    Hi,
Please see our website for more information (https://raptornails.com/) on our composite fasteners and tools. We have specific tools we recommend for specific products. We recommend going no more than 3/8″ into your substrate for maximum hold strength. For cabinetry as an example, a pin or brad would be recommended for use during the glue process (or any temporary hold process). We have a pin nailer and a brad nailer. You cannot use one gun for both products.

    Thanks
