OMER® 83P Series Pneumatic Staplers
The 83P pneumatic stapler drives RAPTOR® SH/04 11mm crown, 16 gauge composite staples from 7/16" (11mm) to 9/16" (14mm) lengths. It is extremely fast, lightweight, well-balanced, and designed for high volume industrial use. There are several options available for this model: a standard-length magazine or a long magazine, for operators who prefer less reloading; a trigger safety for single-fire operation, or a nose safety for contact trip operation, or a trigger switch to select single-fire or contact trip operation, providing flexibility to meet every customer’s need for ease of use and safety.
The 83P.215 is a more powerful stapler, created for applications requiring longer staples in harder substrates. Designed for industrial use, this robust tool provides ample power to drive both the 11mm and the longer 14mm length staples into medium to higher density materials.
RAPTOR® RC-SH/04 Cap Stapler
The RC-SH/04 pneumatic cap stapler drives RAPTOR® SH/04 16 gauge, composite staples through the patented plastic caps to hold thin layers of fabric, paper, plastic wrap or woven wrap. This system provides excellent strain relief so the staple will not rip through in windy conditions and provides resistance to water penetration at the staple entry point. It is an extremely fast, comfortable, lightweight, maneuverable, well-balanced, sturdy, and durable tool, built for production applications.
